We are now able to offer Same day shipping. Order and pay via credit card weekdays ( Monday- Friday) before 3pm EST to be eligible. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be sent the next working day.

We have a minimum order of $20 excluding postage and handling.

- Orders Placed throughout Australia we send via express post eparcel.
- Takes between 1-3 days to be delivered throughout australia
- It is a courier delivered service which includes a signature on delivery and tracking online
- If you are not at home when the courier attempts delivery a collection card will be left
- If you are not at home during working hours we suggest sending to a work address for faster delivery
- Once your item has been posted you will be emailed a tracking number - starts with LMB
- You can track it online by going to www.auspost.com.au/track/

Returns
All returns are to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. For orders that are sent back due to change of mind we charge a 10% restocking fee. Once your return is received back we can either give you a refund or a credit note for the value towards your next order. Please feel free to contact us if you need any more information.

I have ordered a Beading Kit and Have an Item Missing?
If you have received a beading kit and they’re is a component missing please email us to let us know. We request that you check your beading kits with 14-28 days of receiving them to let us know. Although we try to avoid this occurring our kits are packed by hand this sometimes occurs due to human error in the packing process. If a component in a beading kit is discontinued we will substitute it for an item the closest possible to the same or higher value. If you have any questions about a kit you can always email or call us and we will do our best to help.
